If your order arrives damaged, defective or with the wrong items, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will ship a replacement free of charge.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the request. Store credit is available immediately upon request.
For safety and regulatory reasons, opened or partially consumed Numbz products cannot be returned. We do not accept returns of items purchased from unauthorized resellers.
