NUMBZ 7-OH ships every order in discreet, unmarked packaging. Your privacy is important to us — we do not print the brand name, product name or 7-OH terminology on the outside of any package.
All orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed after 1pm ET may process the following business day.
We ship to most US states. State laws on 7-hydroxymitragynine and kratom-derived products vary — restricted ZIP codes are blocked at checkout automatically. If you are unsure whether 7-OH is legal in your jurisdiction, see our FAQ or email support before ordering.
We do not currently offer international shipping. Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified if international shipping becomes available.
Every order ships with a USPS or UPS tracking number. The tracking link is emailed to you as soon as the shipping label is created.
If your tracking has not updated in 5 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If your order is confirmed lost, we will replace it at no charge.
Need to change your shipping address? Email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped we cannot redirect it, but we can help you coordinate with the carrier.
